How s.Oliver Group turned three existing data streams into a unified sizing and fit layer.

The process

Working together to connect PLM, production, and customer data across thousands of products in a single data infrastructure layer, SAIZ supported the s.Oliver Group in reducing returns, lifting conversion, increasing AOV, and improving sizing accuracy across both s.Oliver and COMMA.

What have we done?

Deployed three SAIZ modules - the SAIZ Recommender, Dynamic Size Charts, and Automatic Fit Nudges - across s.Oliver and COMMA. Each tool draws from the same intelligence layer to give every product a fit profile, match it to the customer viewing it, and communicate sizing proactively.

The SAIZ technology

A data intelligence layer that ingests various data streams - in this case, PLM graded measurements, FGI production data from up to 40 samples per product, and live customer interaction data from over 10 million body data points. When any stream updates, every customer-facing tool updates simultaneously in real time.
